Thousands of Syrians chant anti-regime slogans at protesters' funerals

Amateur video purportedly shows protesters at a funeral in Syria denouncing the 'Arab nation' as a traitor for not helping them as they fight a violent government crackdown by President Bashar al-Assad.
Protesters reportedly in Idlib can be seen carrying two coffins down the street, as chants are lead by a speaker shouting "Down with the Arab nation, the Arab nation is a traitor, they give one ultimatum after another."
At a separate funeral for three men apparently in Damascus, chants can be heard saying: "To heaven we are going, martyrs in millions, death and not humiliation."
The amateur video cannot be verified because independent reporting inSyria is restricted.
The footage has emerged as activists claim that Syrian forces have killed 111 people in a day in Kfar Owaid in Idlib ahead of the start of a mission to monitor President Bashar al-Assad's implementation of an Arab League peace plan.
"It was an organised massacre. The troops surrounded people then killed them," said Rami Abdul-Rahman, head of the British-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights.
